Q: What do I, as the client, need for a mobile detailing?
A: If you have access to a hose and electricity, that is all that you really need. If you do not have access to these, let me know and we can work it out easily.
Q: Do I need to empty my vehicle?
A: We completely understand you have a very busy life—that's why you want mobile detailing in the first place! If you want to take some of your personal items out of the car it makes it easier for me to do my job and can easily reduce the cost of your appointment, but if not we are happy to.
Q: Do you come to me, or do I go to you?
A: We typically go to the client's house to make it most convenient. If you want to come to me for a cleaning, let me know and we can work that out.
Q: How long does a detailing take?
A: A full detailing takes around 4-5 hours, an outside detailing takes about 1 hour, and an interior detailing takes about 3-4 hours! This varies with each type of car and the level of mess too, with rare cases taking longer.
Q: Do you sell merch, gift cards, or have promo codes?
A: Merch is for sale on the MERCH page, gift cards are available on the GIFT CARD page. Promo codes are often announced on instagram, so drop a follow!
